The details stay small too.
Y School collects only the details needed to respond to a question or keep someone informed about a room.
What we collect
For room interest: your email, an optional name, the room, and the time you submitted it. For a proposed question: your email, optional name, location and question. We do not store raw device fingerprints or IP addresses with these submissions.
Why we use it
We use room-interest details only to send the updates you explicitly requested. We use question details to consider the idea and reply when appropriate. We do not add either form to a general marketing list or sell the information.
How long it stays
Unneeded room-interest and closed question-enquiry details are removed after 12 months. Operational and security records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your choice
You can withdraw an update request, ask what we hold, correct it or ask for deletion. Open “Got a question?” from the homepage and write “privacy request” in the question field so we can identify and respond to it.
